Need A Push!

Free CPR course Monday May 12th from 5-7pm at the Collinsville Community Center.  This "hands only" instructional class is being offered by Dekalb Ambulance Service.  Additional information concerning:
  1. Heart Disease
  2. Stroke
  3. Cardiomyopathy
  4. Hypertension
  5. Heart Failure
  6. Hyperlipidemia
  7. PAD
  8. CAD
