A reception was held on July 27, 2015 at Collinsville Public
Library to honor retiring Assistant Police Chief Rex Leath. Rex has a combined 30 years of service to
Collinsville and other surrounding communities.
Many past and present co-workers and friends came by to thank Rex for
his service. A shadow box representing
his time in law enforcement was given to Rex as a retirement gift.
